Sizing & fit
What size should I order?
Most pieces are true to size. Where a piece runs oversized or fitted, it's noted in the product description. Our size chart (EU 34-44 / XS-XL) is on every product page.
Do you offer EU and US sizing?
All pieces are listed in EU sizing (XS-XL). Conversion to US sizes is available on each product page's size chart.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Return the original within 30 days and place a new order. We don't currently offer direct exchanges.
Materials & care
Are your materials honest?
Yes. Every product lists its exact fibre composition. Where we use blends, we say so. No "premium fabric" claims without specifics.
How do I care for linen?
Machine wash cold, line dry. Linen softens with each wash. Wrinkles are part of the fabric — embrace them.
Do you offer sustainable options?
Several pieces use organic cotton, recycled polyester, or European linen. We don't market ourselves as a sustainability brand because we don't have full supply-chain transparency yet. We're working on it.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1pm CET ship the same day. Otherwise, next business day.
How long does delivery take?
EU: 2-5 business days. UK: 3-6 days. US/Canada: 5-10 days. Rest of world: 7-14 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping across the EU on orders over €60. Other regions: rates calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Returns & refunds
What's your returns policy?
30 days from delivery. Free returns within the EU. Items must be unworn with tags attached.
How long do refunds take?
5-10 business days after we receive the return, to your original payment method.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, under the same 30-day policy. Final sale items are clearly marked.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (EU), and PayPal.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments and Stripe. We don't store card details.
